About KRM Kobe Roadster Meeting
Welcome. We are the "KRM Kobe Roadster Meeting."
Based in the scenic port city of Kobe, we are a community of enthusiasts who love the Mazda Roadster.
Our motto is "Energize the city with open-top cars."
Through the unique charm of the Roadster that brings smiles to people's faces, we aim to foster connections among owners and contribute to our beloved city of Kobe by attracting tourism and engaging in community activities.
We cherish the thrill of driving through beautiful landscapes, the freedom of the open air, and above all, the time spent with friends who share the same passion.
Roadster, the Timeless Icon
A Car Loved Across Generations
Since its debut in 1989, the Mazda Roadster has captivated fans worldwide as a lightweight open-top sports car.
Built on the "Jinba Ittai" (horse and rider as one) philosophy, it pursues the pure joy of driving, a spirit that has been passed down from the first model (NA) to the current (ND).
From the charming pop-up headlights of the first generation, the slightly larger and more refined second generation (NB),
the powerful and sophisticated third generation (NC), to the current fourth generation (ND) that blends its origins with modern technology.
Each model has its own personality and stories from its owners. KRM is a place where Roadsters of all generations and their passionate owners come together.
The Charm of Driving
The Sparkle Cars Bring to Everyday Life
The appeal of the Roadster goes beyond specs and speed.
Simply lowering the roof to feel the wind transforms a familiar road into a special scene.
Cruising the coastline with your favorite music or climbing a winding mountain road—sometimes, taking a small detour to discover a hidden cafe becomes a cherished moment.
It's a relationship with a car not just as a means of transport, but as a partner that enriches your life.
We hope to share the value of these simple, beautiful moments that life with a Roadster brings.
Social Contribution through Events
Connecting with the Community
Regular meetings and events are the cornerstone of KRM's activities.
Our events are more than just car meetups. For example, the "Roadster in Tetsujin Plaza," held before the Tetsujin-28 monument, was born from a desire to help revitalize the Nagata ward.
By drawing visitors to the area, we hope to contribute to tourism and the local economy.
In the future, we plan to expand our activities to include charity drives and traffic safety campaigns, using our shared passion for cars to engage with society more broadly.
Our ultimate goal is for our love of the Roadster to bring smiles to faces and energy to our city.
