Our event "jewel of Kobe ~2026spring~" has been featured in The Asahi Shimbun.
We offer our heartfelt thanks.

Roadsters gathered at Takahama Wharf, Kobe

A Reporter Came Out to the Venue

When a reporter from The Asahi Shimbun Kobe Bureau contacted us directly ahead of the event, we were honestly quite taken aback.

That someone would take an interest in the activities of a small community like ours ── that alone was a great joy for every member of our organizing team.

And then came the day itself. Despite a busy schedule, the reporter travelled all the way out to Takahama Wharf and covered the event, taking the time to speak carefully with one participant after another. Their feelings about the Roadster, the reasons they had travelled so far to gather in Kobe, the fiery energy of the performance by "Daichi", the taiko drum club of Suma Shofu High School. More than anything, we are grateful that the reporter took in the atmosphere of the venue with their own eyes and ears.

Please Do Read the Article

Rather than any words we could pile up ourselves, the article woven together by a professional reporter conveys the feeling of that day far more vividly.
If you have not seen it yet, we would be delighted if you gave it a read.

What the Coverage Meant to Us

An activity we started simply because we love the Roadster was recognized by a regional news outlet as "something worth telling people about." That proved to be a far greater encouragement to us than we had ever imagined.

To everyone at The Asahi Shimbun Kobe Bureau who carried our activity out to a wider audience in this way, we once again offer our deepest thanks.

And above all, without the participants who came to Kobe from all over the country and the staff and volunteers who supported the day, this article would never have existed.
Our thanks go out to you all once more.

We will keep on running our activities in a way that lives up to that coverage.
We hope you will continue to support us in the years ahead.
